Falsely listed titles

Some wikipidians seem to think that a certain simplistic animation style must be made with cutout animation and list these productions in this article, without citations of course. Here's a list of examples for which no indication was found that it includes cutouts (nor digital variations or emulations):

  • Tillie, the unhappy hippopotamus (1978/79) by Jiří Trnka studio [1] (part of Bratři v triku) was broadcast on CBS Children's Film Festival in the USA in 1984.Cite error: The <ref> tag name cannot be a simple integer (see the help page). No footage or indication for cutouts found. According tot the removed entry it "used a variety of different shades of yellows, greens, and grays in a paisley design even before the latter became popular in the 1970s" (note the 1978 production date).
  • Mi Mi, the lazy kitten (originally 好猫咪咪) by Shanghai Art Film Studio, which won the won the Best Picture Award from the Ministry of Culture in China in 1979[2] and was broadcast on CBS Children's Film Festival in the USA in 1984.Cite error: The <ref> tag name cannot be a simple integer (see the help page). It doesn't look like it includes any cutouts (youtube clips can be found by searching for "好猫咪咪")
  • Rugrats pilot episode Tommy Pickles and the Great White Thing was claimed in a removed entry to be "originally produced in Hungary (1989)" as Tommy és a Nagy Fehér Dolog (1989) , "used construction paper cutout characters to create shadow effects in 1989" "and aired on ABC (ABC Kidavision) (1989)" "and later used traditional hand-painted cel characters in 1990 produced by Klasky Csupo". No reliable info was found to support these claims.
  • Peppa Pig is made with CelAction2D.[3]
  • Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom is made with CelAction2D.[3]
