Judging from search results, the primary topic for this term is protection orders (redirect -> injunction), aka criminal protection orders or criminal orders for short.[1][2][3] "Criminal order" is also an alternative term for unlawful order in the generic sense, in terms of war crimes.[4][5] However, judging from Google Scholar results, this meaning is much less prominent than the first.
