Synopsis

At 2990 words, the synopsis section fails completely to meet the requirements of MOS:PLOT. A summary should be concise and not out of balance with the other sections. I therefore propose to shorten it to the recommended length. Earlier, I deleted the cast list because that too transgressed guidelines and was including narrative elements. It should only indicate who the characters are and their relationship to each other. Sweetpool50 (talk) 10:38, 7 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Rewriting now completed, following the Manual of Style guidance, to bring the synopsis down to the 700-word maximum. The new list of characters is limited to a single descriptive sentence per person that clarifies social and family relationships between characters. This also follows the guidance to avoid writing "character studies" (which would count as original reasearch) or retelling the plot there. Sweetpool50 (talk) 09:42, 12 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
