This Wikipedia article isn't advancing this theory, merely citing it as being among the primary reasons that the dialogue's authenticity has been historically challenged by scholarship. You make an interesting point about the Parmenides, but I don't think that it does anything to challenge the fact that scholars have argued for the Clitophon as apocryphal.
