Would it be a viable alternative to construct a lng plant near Churchill. Construction of a pipeline to supply and a,seaport to export. By he time it is built we may not need an icebreaker to escort to the Atlantic. PM Trudeau doesn’t mention this possibility and shipping lng out of Atlantic ports would require a pipeline through Quebec, something that likely would not happen.
