My experience (and training including ATLS) does not say that x-rays are needed of the thoraco-lumbar spine to clear the c-spine. If there is an injury in the c-spine then yes but not as part of a basic survey.Doctormonkey (talk) 20:53, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
