@Universehk: I hope you can find the subsection title Allegation of infringement on academic autonomy acceptable if not Academic autonomy, since subsection titles are not supposed to describe all of the context in the subsection. Especially in this case, where it is the lone subsection and only contains one paragraph.
Furthermore, we can’t actually call it an Intervention on academic autonomy or Infringement on academic autonomy in WP:WIKIVOICE since it’s an accusation, not a finding of guilt. — MarkH21talk21:41, 12 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Incredibly long section titles, like your freshly inserted Being listed on a proposed sanction list based on the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act, are not helpful.
