Pronunciation of что is NOT universal!

edit

However, to know that you must have bothered to read the Russian Wiktionary article to the word: что. It says that the pronunciation is correct as specified in the article except for the St. Petersburg region, where it's pronounced [ˈʨto]. Go figure. :) -andy 217.50.43.11 (talk) 23:43, 23 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ukrainian

edit

Ukrainian does not have t͡ɕ (especially as normal as in Russian), only /t͡ʃ/ or half-softed /t͡ʃʲ/

  3. I'm Ukrainian

Maybe somebody made mistake with Belarusian: https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Help:IPA/Belarusian, where ч is different from other — Preceding unsigned comment added by Toplinden (talkcontribs) 18:50, 16 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

The "History" section of this article says nothing about the origin of the letter! Bhami (talk) 05:06, 18 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
