I am not an expert on Wikipedia's policies by any means but I believe "original research" is not supposed to be cited. The recent addition of a reference to this page that cites a progress report from researchers "Mooring et. al" would probably fall under this category. The reference in question is a link to a yearly progress report summarizing field work leading to, as well as the preliminary findings and conclusions of, currently unpublished research that is now in review for publication in several journals.
In addition, I would like to note that linking this article to the research report may have unintended consequences for the rare animals present at this site, many of which suffer from poaching. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.80.134.88 (talk) 08:19, 5 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
