Talk:Carnegie Deli

"In addition to the large servings, the restaurant is also know for its surly waiters who allegedly try to impart some of the gruffness of New York to visitors."

Is this true? I eat at Carnegie Deli somewhat regularly (every few months for several years) and never found the service to be any different from other places in NYC. robo 18:18, 4 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is the second location verified? I grew up in Vienna, Virginia, and for many years there was a second location in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, which has since closed. It was actually located in an Embassy Suite's hotel. Can anyone confirm this?

Made even more famous since it is the location where Max Weinberg talked to Conan O'Brien about musical ideas for his show just before Late Night began, and from that got an audition to be band leader. 199.214.28.143 (talk) 18:04, 19 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Just made an addendum on the Foxwoods location being very partial-menu (and sub-par, but that's more opinion). Not sure what to cite though. I feel actual fact is enough, but Jimmy Wales disagrees. Any thoughts? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.209.34.202 (talk) 05:01, 30 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
