Expansion 1973

edit

Paul de Monchaux was appointed head of Sculpture & Fine Art at Camberwell from 1965 to 1986, and it was during this period, in 1973, that the College expanded into a modern purpose built block next to its old premises. I am removing this, because it's simply not true. He was Head of Sculpture during that period. Phillip Mathews was the Head of Painting, and there was no "Fine Art" department to be head of. He was not responsible for the new building that was opened in 1973, as is implied.--JO 24 (talk) 16:12, 14 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
