- Now ... no concern. Wow. Good job. I'm not certain about including the menu section, but it is an interesting subhead. You might find some editors who will want still more neutral language. Just an observation. A little mollusk (talk) 20:51, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

Advert
editThis article is full of POV phrases. The referenced sentence in the intro is sourced to an article where it's mostly the owner talking about his own restaurant. The entry is also mostly about what the owner thinks about his restaurant and has lots of non-notable info. Unsourced: "Busboys is a microcosm of the U Street renaissance, drawing together black, white, gay, straight, young and old alike." Clientèle of a chain restaurant is non-notable. If every time a Representative went to a restaurant was notable, we'd be in trouble. Also, why does anyone care that his recipe for soup is from his grandmother? Marking advert. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nishantman (talk • contribs) 14:28, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
- No idea if you're coming back anytime soon, but I am the originator of this page, and it is one of the first I created. At this later date, some of your criticisms strike me as fair, and I've made a couple modifications to the page. However, the "microcosm" bit comes from The Hill citation at the end of that sentence, and the clientele / cachet with progressive activists (like Shallal himself) is part of the reason it's interesting. But I're removed the bit about the soup, no argument there, and another quote you didn't mention. I'm removing the tag now, but I'm happy to discuss further.
