Image of the coin
edit Resolved
Another Believer suggested adding an image of the coin itself. I totally agree (I put the image of his birthplace more as a placeholder), but I'm very new, and couldn't find an image of the coin in Wikimedia Commons. Would the images from the US Mint be considered fair use? EponineBunnyKickQueen (talk) 15:59, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Great question. @Wehwalt: Would you happen to know? ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:07, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- I believe they are free to use. I would check their image use page to be sure.--Wehwalt (talk) 23:00, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you. I wasn't sure after reading the Mint's materials, so I'm asking now on the Commons: Village pump. EponineBunnyKickQueen (talk) 19:51, 12 August 2018 (UTC)
- Ok, it sounds like we can't use the US Mint image, so I've entered a photo request. EponineBunnyKickQueen (talk) 03:50, 14 August 2018 (UTC)
- I've added the request at the Wikiproject Numismatics talk page. Randy Kryn (talk) 14:03, 14 October 2018 (UTC)
