Ethnicity

edit

Why is the ethynic descent of Mrs. Franklin relevant?

Isn't it part of a person's bio? By the way, it's spelled "ethnic." Is it politically incorrect or wrong to state someone's ethnicity? It's not a job interview, it's a wikipedia bio page. --24.189.35.249 (talk) 20:55, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

To make an issue of whether it is stated or not is to suggest that the ethnicity (Russian, in this case) is for some reason derogatory to the individual being biographed, and/or that the reader is susceptible to forming a bias if such info is shared!174.74.29.115 (talk) 22:51, 1 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Siblings

edit

I don't know where the info re four siblings came from. One source cites 2 siblings (Judy and Benjamin); others cite none. I personally thought she was an only child, but I may be wrong. Sibling info needs sourcing. Quis separabit? 16:41, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Filmography

edit

Episode of Hot in Cleveland, 2011, Removed "Free Elka." Replaced it with "Bad Bromance" S2E2, which I just saw on TV, and included Franklin. I used IMdB to confirm Franklin was in S2E2, not S2E1. Nei1 (talk) 13:45, 15 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Dancing

edit

Is there a reason there is no mention of her having been a tap dancer and teacher? She produced an 90-minute tap dance tutorial video, "I hate to exercise, but I love to tap", and according to that, she had been teaching for many years. 68.43.250.41 (talk) 07:26, 26 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
