This update should, I hope, clear up the POV issues. In addition to what was in the German language article, I was able to cross-reference / verify most of the major incidents in other sources, and I added quite a few new references. The article isn't now based so much on Bowlby, who tended to express things rather strongly. Because of that, the main source of POV issues appeared to be more in the wording than the facts, so I tried to phrase everything as neutrally as I could.
