Fair use rationale for Image:Berserkernuman.jpg

Image:Berserkernuman.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Numa records and acts signed to it

Could someone provide a source for the claim that Numa Records also released albums by artists other than Numan? This is the first time I've personally heard of Numa releasing material by artists other than Numan himself and I'm a bit sceptical about that line. -- Kjet 12:23, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Though I didn't find a reliable third-party source on my quick Google search, I found at least a couple of pages indicating that this is indeed the case, such as this one. --Evil1987 13:42, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. In any case I don't think information about other artists on Numa Records belong in this article, it would be better placed on the Gary Numan article. I'll edit this article and the Numan one accordingly when I have the time. -- Kjet 16:11, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Numa records artists include Caroline Munro, Steve Braun, Grey Parade, probably others that aren't coming to mind right now (I'm sure there was at least one other). None of them released an album as far as I know though, only singles. If you go to the Numan shop you may find the cassette "Numa records year 1" still available (I got mine a year or two ago, for the songs I had failed to get on vinyl in the first case). Just tried and was able to find a copy with a quick Google search. Extended "My Dying Machine" on the U.S. release

Does anyone know which version the extended "My Dying Machine" on the US release actually is? According to AllMusic it's running time is 9:23, but I can't find a mix that would match that running time: the original CD/12" extended mix ran only 9:04, the Italian 12" mix (available on the Remodulate compilation) ran 7:38 and the William Orbit mix ran 6:33 (and they wouldn't have out it in anyway as it appears on the reissued Metal Rhythm). So have AllMusic made a mistake or is it some mix that I don't know about? -- Kjet 11:03, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
