It seems awfully misleading to characterize a ponzi scheme as being "worth" 64.8 billion.

Error in Business Entity identification

"After 41 years as a sole proprietorship, the Madoff firm incorporated in 2001 as a limited liability company with Madoff as the sole shareholder."
