Belair Stud vs. Belair Stables
editThe article seems to be about the Belair Stables, although the article name Belair Stables currently links to the museum article. Perhaps almost all the material here ought to be merged to the Belair Stables article.
The Belair Stud, I am guessing, refers to a particular horse and/or a line of horses. The article should be about the horses, then. Not sure of usage of term "Stud", sounds like a horse to me, while "Stud Farm" or "Stud Stables" would be about the place. doncram (talk) 15:15, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
- I think you're right. The stables are the buildings, but the Stud is the enterprise and legacy. Merge proposal discussion continues here. Toddst1 (talk) 17:23, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
- Belair Stud is its proper title and should not be merged into the museum. Handicapper (talk) 20:57, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
