I don't know this and came to Wikipedia hoping to find out. I think this article is really more of a stub, but isn't labeled as such. I believe the average weights and measures should be included for a well-rounded article. The average weight with bone as well as the amount of edible meat, which is very different. I'm not looking to suggest a cook's thesaurus, by any means, but when speaking about its uses this is something that shouldn't be left out. Don't you think?
