Sources
editThe article obviously needs some sources. Living close to the old Coseley site, I was aware of much of the history of the cars, but have found it difficult to get reliable sources to cite. An interesting article on the Bean Foundry contains some good background, but is hardly WP:RS. I'll see what I can dig out of the local library when I get a chance. On the question of providing metric conversions for yards - I would recommend it as a courtesy to allow readers unfamiliar with yards to get an idea of how close the roads are. --RexxS (talk) 04:21, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Name of entry
editI've added a little para on Bean trucks which is sort of outside the scope of an entry of a company called Bean Cars. But it's the same company. And even for Mercedes-Benz we seem to include cars and trucks in the same 'high level' entry even if all sorts of more detailed entries link into it. (In the case of Bean, I don't suppose we'll ever have enough information for such a lot of sub-articles.) I wonder if there's a case for renaming the entry something like "Bean motor-vehicles". Obviously if you did that, you'd retain a link for people entering Bean Cars. Any thoughts? Regards Charles01 (talk) 14:24, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
