I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 01:14, 19 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • No DABs
  • Images appropriately licensed
  • fort Callidromus Fort should be capitalized unless you want to reorder the phrase as fort at Callidromus or some such
  Done
  • campaigns the Seleucid King comma after campaigns and capitalize king
  Done
  • emergence of pro-war party "a" pro-war
  Done
  • The Seleucids expanded their holdings in Thrace from Perinthus to Maroneia at the expense of Thracian tribesmen. How is this relevant. It also breaks up the flow of the narrative
Sentence removed.--Catlemur (talk) 16:14, 28 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Do any sources give a reason why the Seleucids sent so few troops in Thessaly?
Prior to the campaign the Aetolians had reassured Antiochus that most Greek states will quickly side with him once he invades the Greek mainland. The Thessalian League was a loose confederacy of city states, therefore it did not pose much of a threat to the Seleucids even though he did not receive the support he had initially expected.--Catlemur (talk) 16:35, 28 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Glabrio held a significant numerical advantage, deciding to launch an assault. Glabrio commanded an army of 25,000 to 30,000 soldiers. Awkward, combine into a single sentence
  Done
  • Glabrio ordered Marcus Porcius Cato and Lucius Valerius Flaccus to assault the Aetolian controlled forts giving them 2,000 men each Awkward
@Sturmvogel 66: Reworded. All issues have been addressed.--Catlemur (talk) 16:35, 28 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Roman frontal assault was repulsed, as the Romans found themselves in enfilade of frontal is redundant since you used it in the previous sentence and the term is "enfiladed", not "in enfilade"
  Done
  • The 600 man strong Aetolian 600-man
  Done
  • Seleucids striking their camp Unclear what is going on here. Were the Seleucids taking down their camp when Cato appeared?
The Seleucid rearguard was taken by surprise when Cato's force appeared from the hillside and attacked their camp. The Seleucid morale then collapsed and they began a disorganized retreat.--Catlemur (talk) 16:14, 28 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
