There are a few sentences that are quite valid for a tutorial book on the market, but inappropriate for an encyclopedia:

Nature has an abundance of fascinating objects.

should be rewritten to something teleological like animals need of regulating attention is due to external dangers and internal needs, if such a clause can be concluded from the source texts,

Nature can help reduce a person's stress, as well as improve attention.

should be something like the biological factory constituting an animal provides means for increasing attention; these are just suggestions on the direction on how to transform the formulations from religious overtones of salvation to some evolutionary teleological reason.
