Contemporary Assamese literature
editI'm trying to turn this text into readable English, but I don't understand the meaning of the following: "when selling of Assamese books increased then English books". Does it mean that sales of books in Assamese have surpassed the sales of books in English or only that the sales of books in Assamese are growing faster than the sales of books English?
