Ottoman Armenian volunteers in the Russian army

This sentence is not sourced. Out of the 150,000 troops in the Armenian volunteer units, do we (at least roughly) know the % of etnic Russians, ethnic Armenians from the Russian Empire, ethnic Armenians from the Ottoman Empire, ethnic Armenians from elsewhere, and others?
