edit226 is now 4-Laned from US 67 to US 49 near Jonesboro, partially on a new alignment. West terminus at Swifton is now SR Route 367 following the opening of 4-Lane US 67 to Walnut Ridge in August 2016

Routing
editAccording to Google maps, AR 226 has short concurrency with US 49 and 63 before turning left to Jonesboro. But the tables don’t show that and needs to be updated since US 78 is part of this route now. 69.1.59.248 (talk) 03:32, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
