1982 ARG GP
editThe article says the Falkland Wars caused the 1982 race to not be run, but something wrong here.
Wikipedia says "The war was triggered by the occupation of South Georgia by Argentina on 19 March 1982 followed by the occupation of the Falklands,"
However, the Argentinian GP was scheduled for March 7th 1982 (found a contemporary 1082 source saying this), which was before this occupation and before the war was triggered. My source suggests it was the FISA-FOCA war that canceled the event, but my source is weak.
So... what happened?? I have removed the Falklands assertation, but am very open to putting it back if there's a fact. Guroadrunner (talk) 01:34, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
