Dinosaurs heleosaurus not able to be found. Please Give me site to get info. Animilia notresponding.

There's no dinosaur by that name, can you double check the spelling? Are you maybe thinking of Heliocanthus, which is another name for Rioarribasuchus, an aetosaur? Dinoguy2 (talk) 21:58, 3 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
I think he is referring to the Heleosaurus that appear with a question mark in the archosauromorpha phylogeny. It was recently shown that it wasn't a diapsid at all but a varanopsid (pelycosaur) [1]. ArthurWeasley (talk) 02:03, 4 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why isn't Aenigmastropheus placed in Protorosauria?

If nobody replies to this, then I may just remove it from the Archosauromorpha cladogram. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 45.73.93.182 (talk) 00:27, 26 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Because Protorosauria is polyphyletic. Patachonica (talk) 21:56, 29 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
Studies which discuss Aenigmastropheus so far are by paleontologists who consider Protorosauria to not be monophyletic, so they don't use the term. Don't remove it from the Archosauromorpha cladogram because that would be misrepresenting the study which is cited. Fanboyphilosopher (talk) 03:15, 31 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
