US Singles

edit

The ordering of the cat. no.s doesn't look right. It's there any logic to it? I presume it's chronological. Perhaps it would be better to split the list into Beatles and non-Beatles? --kingboyk 01:21, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Mortimer and "Apple 16"

edit

I originally edited the reference to the Swedish release of this to say it was unsubstantiated. Someone has changed it back to say it is substantiated, but offers no citation, corroboration or evidence. Unless that is found, I think that this page is in danger of perpetuating a myth, and there are already too many of them around Apple etc!

The 1990s

edit

The listing goes to 1976, but there are more Apple releases since, including The Beatles at the BBC, Anthology, the 'new' Beatles singles etc. as well as a couple of CD-only Badfinger albums (one containing material not originally released on Apple). Could these be included for the record?

Non UK-US Apple Numbers

edit

Is there any chance of expansion of this article to cover more nations? Each Australian and New Zealand (Beatles/Solo) release also had a unique Apple number. There are also various European unique variations and Japanese, South African and South American releases. For example SAPCOR 101 was released in New Zealand and APPLE 25 was a Badfinger single in the Philippines. I have a LARGE collection of International Beatles related official vinyl and CDs and would be more than happy to aid in harvesting obscure catalogue numbers from the smaller markets. Mary Hopkin

edit

It strikes me as odd that there are no articles related to Mary Hopkin's Apple releases, not even Postcard. 70.72.211.35 (talk) 22:14, 20 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
