Mention of Lithuania/Passage Translation
editWouldn't the Latin capite plexus be better translated as "beheaded" (rather than "slain")? —Theodore Kloba (☎) 15:56, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
OED error
editA telling fact about "reliable sources": OED writes "The earliest known use of the noun plexus is in the mid 1600s." However Annals of Quedlinburg uses this word dated to March 1009: half millenium error.- Altenmann >talk 19:31, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
