Delete?

This is a pretty pointless article. I fixed most of it through copyediting, but it's kind of a self-explanatory thing (take the definition of a department and then apply it to the field of animation). All of the various sub-"departments" it lists are... not great. They simultaneously don't cover everything and break things down into pieces that are small enough that they're not usually considered separate departments. I'll leave it for now, but I'd love some input.
