My webpage link on the Wikipedia site as an External link for Andean condor was removed as it was determined to serve as a promotion of my own work, and however I felt that it would be in the interest of Wikipedia to have it there, I abide by the act. I want to know if I would be in violation of the same terms if I posted the information on this Wikipedia page, Talk:Andean_condor?

I had edited this page on its population and status, and now I am finding that there is a different figure for its overall population. I want to clarify the confusion. The estimate is now believed to be 10,000, which is what I wrote on this page. However, some websites give that figure as 6,700, which is actually the number of mature condors out of the total population itself; the writers behind this information have construed the lesser figure as the total, which is in error. See this link, under "Population in detail." https://www.iucnredlist.org/species/22697641/181325230 db-user db-user (talk) 18:38, 30 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Not bird of prey

edit

The Condor is NOT a bird of prey as stated in this link; it is part of the vulture species. And, to support this fact they do not have bird of prey feet (claws), to capture prey. 138.185.139.134 (talk) 13:13, 13 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
