This article is about two different people. The Alonso de Solís who was the factor and inspector on the Narváez Expedition drowned on the Texas coast in November 1528. There were only four survivors of that expedition, and he was not one of them. DavoLWS (talk) 02:13, 27 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
@DavoLWS I am the creator of the article but I haven't published articles on Wikipedia for a long time because my English is not very good. If you think it's important, you can edit this article to refer to one of the Solis and publish another article about the second Solis. And you can provide the information you want in this article if you include the references. Greetings! Isinbill (talk) 22:19, 14 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
I am not a skilled Wikipedia editor and will not attempt to create a new biography page. I also don't think that the Solis who died in 1528 merits a Wikipedia page. Practically his entire known biography is that he went on the Narvaez Expedition as factor and inspector and that he died on the expedition. Honestly, neither do I believe that the one who died in 1576 merits a Wikipedia page. His historical importance is insignificant. I humbly suggest deleting this page.
