The inscription provided in the current version of the article is unsourced, despite being a quote. Moreover its explanation is confusing; the sentence introducing the quote says "At the entrance and at the top of the prayer room is the inscription (...)", which sounds like it's talking about a mosque or a madrasa, not the Almoravid qubba. The quote itself also doesn't sound like it matches the building being discussed here.
I don't have access to Deverdun's original work about inscriptions in Marrakech, but Xavier Salmon (see references on current page) does quote the qoubba's inscription directly from Deverdun and it reads very differently. As a result, I will replace the current quote with the content from Salmon, but if anyone can further clarify the previously existing text, please do so.
