@TDKR Chicago 101: According to the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress, Ertel was born in 1937. Although the pennlive.com article states that he was 79, I would use the Congressional directory as a more reliable source than a newspaper article announcing his death. @TDKR Chicago 101: Probably 78; I just performed another google search with many articles noting the 1937 birth year and 79 as his age (yes, that is an inconsistency). I'm trying to locate a "local" obituary and not something which is copy & pasted from national news; it is not yet in the local newspaper of Williamsport, PA. Maybe Saturday they'll post his obituary. So for tonight, I'm going to sit tight not changing anything more.
