I disagree that this page cannot be in the 'LGBTQ themes in Greek mythology' category. This category is for LGBTQ THEMES, not LGBTQ CHARACTERS (only). The story of Alcyoneus is about a young man whose same-sex love directed at him by another man saved an entire people. This is obviously an LGBTQ theme. In fact, there are other male characters who have been the target of other men's love and it is not explicitly mentioned whether they reciprocate or not and they are (correctly) in this category, since it is a category that also includes same-sex love, and if this element is essential to a character's story, then of course the page about that character has to be in this category. --2804:2FB0:70D:2A00:34:5FDC:E509:99B (talk) 23:51, 29 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
