1864 ?
editHe emigrated in 1864. That must be a different person. Komp was a well know person in New York 1857.--WhoisWhoME (talk) 09:34, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
Birthplace and year
editKomp wrote in a letter to Karl Marx June 15, 1858 that he lived in his childhood in Eitorf. (Der Bund der Kommunisten. Tom III. Dietz Verlag, Berlin 1984, p. 348) Prüm is far from Eitorf.--WhoisWhoME (talk) 10:12, 25 May 2020 (UTC)
