Map needs updating

Whay does the agreement actually do?
editThe only thing this page currently says about what the agreement actually does is that it "regulates the procurement of goods and services by the public authorities of the parties to the agreement, based on the principles of openness, transparency and non-discrimination." This is vague politician-speak that gives very little indication (to me, anyway) about what these principles even mean in terms of rules. DubleH (talk) 19:36, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
