Dinant was part of the short-lived French Department of Sambre-et-Meuse, which was disestablished in May 1814 after Napoleon's defeat. It then returned to Netherland. So Adolph Sax was not born in France Sapphorain (talk) 08:01, 4 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
