Added Contact information for Acton, Maine
editI added the contact information for Acton. This contact sheet makes it much easier, than searching the semi-official Web site, to quickly find the contact information for Acton. The contact information is kept current by Maria Micheliche, Acton's Town Clerk. Global777 08:42, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
Correcting my edit summary
editI accidentally hit Enter before finishing the summary for this edit. I replaced the existing external link with what appears to be a semi-official website for the town. Ripogenus77 13:22, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
Acton school consolidation plans
editUnder the Education heading, the article says "Acton plans to consolidate districts with Sanford in 2009." For several years, Acton has been sending its high-school students to Sanford High School under contract, but it has not merged districts with Sanford. I believe Acton is still trying to find a consolidation partner.
