Hi, wondering if the author is aware of why the Flannel Flower is not edible?
Regards,
Jesse.
Something missing in the images?
editThe petals of the flannel flowers that I recall seeing all have significantly green tips. This is not at all obvious in the images. Wot's the story here? Old_Wombat (talk) 10:06, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Similarity between Edelweiss and Flannel Flower?
editAlthough they are different geni and species, the two flowers are remarkably similar. Flowers, leaves and seeds. Are they at all related? Or is this ... coincidence? Convergent evolution? I have asked this question on both pages. 2001:8003:E415:A101:E8DD:8746:3C5E:227D (talk) 02:50, 16 October 2023 (UTC)
