Hi, I'm new to Wikipedia editing. I noticed that some of the equations involve text.

E.g. $fattyacid+ethanol\Longrightarrow FAEE$

Should I convert these to text like this?

${\text{fatty acid}}+{\text{ethanol}}\Longrightarrow {\text{FAEE}}$

Acetyl-CoA
