We should expand the findings and recommendations of the report. We omit several of the points in The Times report on the day after the report was published:

In addition to covering Robens resignation offer, the following article covers the repercussions on the officials named in the report:

In fact, of the nine officials named, only two remained in the posts they then occupied. Two had left the board's service and five others were in other posts with the board's organization.
