I marked this as COI because the writer of this article is a user named TalukaNawabshah, suggesting that perhaps he or she is associated with the subject of this article. The article really seems to be praising this person; the whole story about the water supply seems really slanted.
As for WP:N, it is not clear that this person meets the WP:POLITICIAN guideline, as Nawabshah is below first-level administrative division. I have not found any reliable sources on this person, but perhaps something is available in Urdu or another language. --Utility Monster (talk) 15:27, 3 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
