My thanks to the editor Actively Disinterested for good clean up work. Quite right on better sources needed: the magazine the Instrumentalist has info, but only a few back issues from the 50's and 60's available. I've written the editor to get hold of pertinent articles and encourage putting them online. Some oldies are available on their wesbite but not the right ones.
