Ice-T sample

The article says the song contains samples of "99 Problems" by Ice-T, which it doesn't. Agreed. To say that Eminem referenced Jay Z's lyrics is ridiculous. He referenced Ice-T's lyrics, the original song. Same goes for reporting what Jay Z claims the lyric means! Ice-T wrote it and its very obvious what it means in the original. Treva26 (talk) 14:32, 12 December 2013 (UTC)

Any progress on this? This is a Ice-T song later covered/remade by Jay-Z ten years later, yet the article pretty much advertises it as a Jay-Z song, which would largely be a popular misconception. If anything the article should be edited, with the intro giving credit to both singles. Obviously, the vast majority of content deals with Jay-Z's single and the reception and production surrounding it, so that should stay the way it us until/unless editors decide to add content regarding Ice-T's version. Ice-T's Body Count band is releasing a new album, and he's redone the "99 problems" single. So there is relevant information to be added. I seek other editors' input on the matter. Chiptune remix

I recently (17:22, 11 May 2010) added a chiptune remix to the remix section of this article. It was deleted by 216.221.90.121, who claims it was a "shameless plug." First of all, I am not the artist of the chiptune, I am a fan. More importantly, I would like to know specifically which Wikipedia policy motivated the deletion of my chiptune reference. It is a shameless plug, and I'm quite familiar with 8bc (I'm a user who has listened to hundreds of songs on the site). This has to be the worst attempt at a remix I've ever heard. I feel that 74.65.102.53 is trying to either promote chiptune, 8bc, or how stupid people can be in the fact that they claim this garbage is a song. I won't remove the content again, but I feel that a wikipedia moderator should listen to the trash himself and make a final call. 216.221.90.121 (talk) 21:57, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Blacklist Pilot Episode Version - needs source
