Number of Greens councillors

edit

Where did 69 Greens councillors come from? In 2021 65 were elected, and presently there are 63. Whoever has done the math here please reply. J2m5 (talk) 08:21, 23 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Crs Ellsmore, Grieve, Robertson, Kanak, Keenan, Fabiano, Chapple, Olive, Pandolfini, Veitch, Werner, Griffiths, Shetty, da Cruz, Langford, Atkins, Jago, Cutcher, Kasby, Redshaw, Hoare, Wheeler, Bradley, Flood, Salitra, Ball, Heyde, Glanville, Korzy, Mackenzie, McCabe, Smith, L Edwards, Bain, King, Fenton, Cassell, Clancy, Dicker, Chate, Ndiaye, Dey, Grindon-Ekins, Guise, Firth, Cox, Blakey, Rice, Keast, Findley, Gray, Christen, D'Ath, Worthington, Griff, Willis, Cameron, Mallard, Sparks, Robinson, McKinnon, A Edwards, Frail makes 63. With two resignations (Castellari in Snowy Monaro, Abbott in Upper Hunter) that is 65. I don't want to edit right now as I'm guessing the 71/69 figure is coming from something. Candidate CV

edit

Most candidates seem to be independent or lacking in party name. In the cases of Ku-ring-gai Council, the local papers have yet to publish any biographies of the candidates. How does out what the candidates stand for? ----FlockHerd (talk) 08:13, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Not sure what you mean by "How does out what the candidates stand for?"? It's not really the place of Wikipedia to provide candidate biographies, they aren't really seen except for short descriptions on by-election pages (and the mayor candidates on the 2024 Sydney City Council election page) Totallynotarandomalt69 (talk) 09:31, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
