Undrafted

Based on Wikipedia, NXT's Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa were not in either of the draft pools. Why?

It has been 4 years, they are at NXT.

That's not "based on Wikipedia", that's based on WWE's official source that listed all eligible wrestlers, and they were not on that list. We're not WWE, so we can't definitively answer your question, but the obvious answer is because they are still part of NXT and will be for the foreseeable future. The reason why others are on the free agents list but shown as not being in either draft pool is because they were part of Raw or SmackDown prior to this draft. --JDC808 ♫ 04:08, 15 October 2019 (UTC)

Finn Balor question
