Yes, when?

- Most of the new constitution came into effect on December 7. However, the transition to a parliamentary republic will take place gradually, that is by 2017-18, when a new parliament will be elected and the current resident's second term will end. - So, it seems that after the legislative elections of 2017, which also will start to be only general elections, the beginning of a new legislature will force the change of system of government. - B.Lameira (talk) 12:56, 9 December 2015 (UTC)
