Current event
editI can see Yellowdesk's point about the {{current}} tag, but I think the {{current disaster}} tag is appropriate here for now as its re-emphasis and link to the risk disclaimer serves to remind users who may be reading the material in haste not to base life-safety decisions on our data. I think it should remain up until the situation stabilizes. —Elipongo (Talk contribs) 04:41, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

Spellings
editWhy is the river spelled as "Koshi"? It's Kosi, not Koshi. 220.227.165.210 (talk) 04:53, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- Because when words are transliterated from one writing system to another, there are arbitrary choices. Koshi/Kosi is natively written in devanagari (or other indic scripts). The consonant श is usually transliterated as "sha", but sometimes as "sa". LADave (talk) 07:53, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
