Spiro Leka (born 14 January 1966) is an Albanian basketball coach and former basketball player. Before starting his coaching career in Italy, Leka played for Partizani Tirana.[1][2]

Leka was the head coach of Victoria Libertas Pallacanestro during the 2017–18 LBA season.[3]

Leka was the head coach of Kleb Basket Ferrara from 2019 until 2023.[4]
